Marking a splashing debut in the Food & Beverage section, the Audemars Piguet cafe is housed in Singapore’s most iconic hotel Raffles.

Riding high on the trend of luxury lifestyle and F&B collaboration, Swiss Haute-watches Audemars Piguet opened the world’s first AP Café in Singapore. Nestled within Raffles Hotel, the café is part of a larger concept store AP House, which is set in the hotel’s lush courtyard. The AP House in Singapore is a part of over 20 other houses situated in different parts of the world including  Amsterdam, Bangkok, Barcelona, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, Milan, Mexico City, Munich, New York, Shanghai, Seoul, St Barths, Tokyo and Zurich.

For dessert, the Gula Melaka Pain Suisse is a palm sugar custard-filled Viennoiserie topped with desiccated coconut – a sweet local-inspired indulgence. For desserts there is the Gula Melaka Pain Suisse piped with swirls of palm sugar cream, as well as the Clarified Swiss Sling.

The AP Café also boasts an extensive beverage menu, featuring a curated selection of fine wines, artisanal cocktails, and specialty coffees.
